Nowadays, we hear left and right about the Philippines being left behind in several aspects: in science and technology, in the economy, in good governance, in poverty reduction, to name a few.

Everything seems to be declining except one which has a steady growth – corruption in the government. We are the country that started the people power copied by so many countries all over the world to bring down corrupt and oppressive government, in peaceful manner.
