The Wrath of Mayon Volcano

Mayon is the most perfect cone shape volcano in the world. Located in Legaspi, Albay. It's been quite while since the last eruption 3 years ago. Early in the morning today, Tuesday spewed huge rocks and ashes. It kills atleast 5 of climbers, 7 enjured and trapped others. It consist of a German, an Austrian and Filipinos.

The group spend the nigh tof picturesque mountain, when the volcano rumbled back to life early in the morning and rocks "as big as a living room" came raining down on them. He rushed back to the base camp to call for help.

I asked the situation with my friend Bubblers &rebel_woman06 who live nearby the volcano in Albay and she confirmed it. I am confused why there's no warning given by the Provincial Tourism Office about the latest activity of the volcano and allowed climbers to visit near the crater. Philvocs didn't detect it in advance? I am confused!
