Excellent Service Pag-ibig Tagum City Branch

Have you visit any Pag-ibig office lately? How you find their service? Did you observe all employees when you are visiting any offices? Please observe the common history of most offices in the government. You can find staff in any corner, busy chatting to people who pay visit for personal matters; maybe busy talking with other colleagues thinking they are on their respective home, some lady employees busy doing make up to their faces. Others also were roaming around to different departments like they don’t have any responsibilities and for some offices they are busy playing cards as what we saw on TV. Those employees never thought about the money spent by the government for their salary. Of course, the funds are taken from different local budget and all of the money came from the taxes paid by the people in the country. Why head of offices didn’t intervene the common issues raise by the local people to stop the problem. I’ve been visiting several government offices and the above mention issues still going on and seems the authorities never heard about the complains of of different individuals.

I visit an office that get clients point of views regarding their service, visitors wrote all the notes that they need to improve but still nothing happen. People realize that every government offices are the same service given to clients and you cannot expect good service at all. People are sick to the similar service given by government offices. Our President wanted to make changes on every office from national to local but how he can make it. He only setting on the very top position and he cannot check it individually. No one can answer except us. Let’s begin it with ourselves and spread that all over our country.

It’s just so happened that I visited Pag-ibig Tagum office yesterday. It’s my second time actually to go their office. Like the service I receive last time, still similar to what I got on my second visit. Pag-ibig is a semi-government entity. As expected, most of the government offices are poor in service but Pag-ibig Tagum is exceptional. Aside for having a very nice lounge, the reception in-charge also do their part to acknowledge clients and guide them what to do after getting some information what their purpose to visit the office. You were give a number and wait until your number be called through the numbering screen found above. The tellers like staff in-line are all busy attending clients. Of course you can saw them based on their facial expressions and positions. No idle time and no noon break. You will be treated fairly except those who are need quick attention like senior citizens and pregnant woman. The flows of the transactions are very consistent from membership section, loan, provident and cashiering. If possible, all government offices should follow the way Pag-ibig Tagum did to their clients. I highly salute to the management and staff of Pag-ibig Tagum. Keep up the good work guys. You show us that you have concern each of us who always visit your office and you value the sum of money paid by you through our money. The salaries you are receiving are from the funds we paid on our monthly remittances and other payments. Thank you very much for doing such a good treatment to us.

Next visit, I will observe again their service and I will give credit to the deserving staff that do their duty to give good service to the Filipino people.
