myBro Connection still not fixed
I can't believe even here in Bubblews PLDTHome read my reviews about their service. This means that Bubblews is now known everywhere especially when you browse the net using google search engine.
The person incharge as customer support maybe join the site to comment on my article but I am not satisfied of what he/she did because I did it already send email to support group to address my concerned.
I sent an email to their support group on March 30 morning but until now I didn't receive any reply from their support group. How can I trust their service if they are consistent in addressing their subscriber concern?
He/she comment my post that I need to provide the details found in my 1st billing. How can I receive my billing if it's only a week I subscribe their service and the connection gone. If the billing will be send to me after a month so it means I need to wait until by billing arrive before my connection will be fixed. OMG! How can I do my online stuff if that will happen to me.
