Nothing Special -I

I remember that 2 words when I was still working. Every week we have 3 days consecutive meetings with our manager. We will discuss all important updates about the operation. One of my co-supervisor said to our boss “nothing special” we all together laughed on him. Our boss explained “if we say nothing special it means you are not doing your job.” “Every day you should find unusual on the operation either related to manpower or to the whole operation itself.” Eight hours rounding the whole building with 192 rooms plus 12 villas enough to find different things that you can report to your boss. But if you are not doing your job properly, you can find anything that the management needs immediate attention. My boss was right.
