Maybe Discrimination is the root of this, when somebody treat you different specially, if you are new to the firm. I experience this with regards to my job. I am newbie to the company, my colleagues treat me different because I am hired superior than them. I have good educational background although less experiences related to my job now but I know my work.
They work for more than 10 years, of course a lot of experiences but in terms of paper works, OMG! most of them don't know how to write business correspondence. Don't know about grammar and also the correct spelling. I observed them lack of knowledge and very slow in terms of paper works. At first it's very hard to get along with them but day by day I learn a little by little to adjust. I don't mind of them, what in my mind I will do my work in a right way and I make it it even without their help. It's really very hard at the beginning but later on you will be at yourself. Be confident of yourself and make all your best, don't depend go anybody if you can make it your own.
